(#151-1) March 3 2015. The long, quick, slide. As a student of history, I find this fascinating. I’m witnessing an empire in rapid decline. The reaction of most of us? We are paying as little attention as possible—and being highly successful at it.

    • Pay—for most of us—is stagnant or down
